Respondent/Petitioner Prayer : Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records in Maintenance Case no.158 of 2008 on file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai to set aside the order passed in Memorandum of Calculation dated 16.03.2021 passed in M.P.No.33 of 2021 in M.P.No.09 of 2019 in M.C.No.158 of 2008 on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai.

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Senthilkumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr.P.Vigneshkumar for Mr.D.Manimaran, Advocate for the respondent, this court made the following order:- 1.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner/husband complied with the order of this Court dated 04.10.2021 and the same is recorded.

2.Since it is a matrimonial case with reference to the arrears of maintenance and the same is paid, the V Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the petition in M.P.No.33 of 2021 within a period of three months from today.
