(The matter is heard through 'video conferencing/hybrid mode') The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 20.01.2015 made in I.A.No.134 of 2013 in O.S.No.64 of 2009 on the file of the Sub Court, Namakkal. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2009 was dismissed for default and I.A. filed by the petitioner to restore the suit was also dismissed for nonpayment of cost on 01.02.2019. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 27.08.2021 Index :: Yes/No gsa To 2/4
