ORDER

The petitioner/wife has approached this Court, seeking transfer of matrimonial proceedings filed by the respondent/husband.

The parties were referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court, pursuant to which, on 09.09.2025, the parties have amicably resolved the differences between them and they have agreed upon certain terms and conditions, which are reduced into writing by way of a joint memorandum of compromise dated 09.09.2025.

3. Recording the said joint memorandum of compromise dated 09.09.2025, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. The said joint memorandum of compromise dated 09.09.2025, shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
