The relief sought for in this writ petition is to quash the proposed Tender-cum-Public Auction notice dated 20.05.2014 and the auction to be held on 09.06.2014.

2. The impugned auction notice enclosed in page 29 of the typed set of papers filed along with this writ petition, categorically states that the lease period is from 01.07.2014 to 30.06.2015. Thus, the period of lease granted expired on 30.06.2015 itself. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition as period of lease had already expired.
