[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents. 2.It is represented on behalf of the Respondents by the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2018 was considered by the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Respondent/Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Kovai and ultimately, the said representation was rejected. 3.At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present Habeas Corpus Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 15.05.2018.

4.Considering the fact that the Petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2018 has been rejected by the 3rd Respondent on 15.05.2018 and also, this Court keeping in mind yet another fact that the Petitioner has sought permission from this Court to withdraw the present Habeas Corpus Petition, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition, granting liberty to her to challenge the impugned order dated 15.05.2018 passed by the 3rd Respondent, of course, in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law.

5.In fine, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
