ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.Crl. No. 426 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that after issuing notice to both the parties and conducting enquiry, order was passed on 27.08.2025 itself.

3. Since the order of this Court has been duly complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed.

4. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, he can work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
