With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to consider and pass Orders on the representations of the petitioners dated 29.04.2019 and 26.12.2023 in measuring the petitioner's land and make necessary corrections in the patta issued by the second respondent in Patta No.504 and Patta No.406 to the petitioners respectively, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. The grievance of the petitioners is that though they have given representations to the first respondent on 29.04.2019 and 26.12.2023, for making correction in the patta issued by the second respondent, the same has not been considered by the first respondent till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, without 2/4
going to the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 29.04.2019 and 26.12.2023 and pass Orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
