.. Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation on 11.03.2015 in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner was initially appointed as a Physical Education Teacher. Thereafter, he was posted as a Physical Education Director (Grade I). Now he is paid less salary than the salary which he received as a Physical Education Teacher. Hence, he made a representation dated 11.3.2015 to the 2nd respondent to rectify the aforesaid anomaly.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has prayed for disposal of the representation dated 11.3.2015 made by the petitioner within a stipulated time.

3. In view of the narrow prayer made, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 11.3.2015 made by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law in the light of the facts stated above, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
