ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 23.04.2022 and for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to hold the public meeting. 2.When the matter came up for hearing on 05.07.2023, this Court passed the following order:
The learned counsel for the petitioner shall take instruction from the petitioner with regard to the availability of alternative place where the meeting can be conducted. If such alternative place is available, the petitioner shall make a representation to the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent shall consider the same and report it to the learned Government Advocate before the next date of hearing.
2. Post the case under the caption "for orders" on 12.07.2023.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given a fresh representation by indicating the alternative place where the meeting can be held.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted the representation was considered and that permission will be granted to the petitioner to conduct the public meeting in the alternative place as suggested by the petitioner. 5.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of.
