This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to take on file the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 11.12.2023 challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.5436/2021/A2 dated 13.12.2021 and decide the same on merits within a timeframe.
