ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal orders dated 31.01.2019 passed in I.A.No.19 of 2018 in CMA.CFR. No.2583 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Coonoor, the Nilgiris.

2.The matter was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and till date it has not been admitted. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Sasikumar, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner contended that he has misplaced the bundle and is unable to argue the case. 4.The CRP is pending from the year 2020 and the same has not been admitted yet. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
