ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.04.2021 thereby raised objections to provide electricity service connection in favour of the fourth respondent. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that so far, no application has been received from the fourth respondent seeking electricity service connection. Therefore, such objection cannot be considered.

As such, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted and this writ petition is devoid of merits. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 05.06.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order lok 2/4
