Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.R8/617/2016 dated 05.08.2016 and quash the same.

Today, the matter is called through video conferencing. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved against the grant of temporary license to the third respondent herein for running a bar in TASMAC shop for the period commencing from August 2016.

3. Apparently, the policy of the Government in handing over the bar licenses has changed and the period of license has also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been expired. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in the present case.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
