The claimant before the arbitral tribunal has applied for extension of the mandate of the tribunal. Upon service of notice, both the first and second respondents are represented by counsel.

2. While the first respondent has filed a counter statement before the arbitral tribunal, the second respondent has not done so till date. As per the minutes of proceedings on 17.02.2026, the claimant had undertaken to file the proof affidavit of C.W.1 on 12.03.2026.

3. Considering the aforesaid, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended by a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 07-04-2026 RNA A No. 1436 of 2026 __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
