J, This petition has been filed to amend the offences as Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 342 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w.Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.149 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.8824 of 2022 dated 19.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in his petition for anticipatory bail, he failed to mention Section 342 of IPC and seeks amendment to include the said Section.

3.Considering the fact and circumstances, the petition for amendment for amendment is allowed. In the anticipatory bail order, Section 342 of IPC shall be inserted in between Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC. Time for complying the condition is 16.05.2022.
