This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police, on alternative days at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation by order dated 27.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.
