These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 250 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 16th defendant; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 16th defendant in the suit in C.S.No.510 of 2006.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the same are allowed.
