ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1, 3 & 4 to dispose of the petitioner representation dated 12.06.2023 to rectify the error committed in the patta for the lands in Survey No. 487/4 and 487/6 of an extent of 2 Acres 29 cents situated at Boothanahalli Village, Nallampalli Block, Dharmapuri District.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 12.06.2023 with a request to rectify the error in patta, which is pending without consideration.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 2/4
fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for rectification of error in the patta, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
