This application has been filed to bring on record the respondents 30 to 34 in this application as the legal representatives of the deceased 16th defendant C.Chandran and implead them as defendants in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the other respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the main suit on 20.07.2023.
