(CRIME NO.02/2022) Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.5095/2022 dated 09.03.2022.[CRL.MP.NO.6243/2022] (ii) Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.5221/2022 dated 09.03.2022.[CRL.MP.NO.6244/2022]
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NAVEEN, Advocate for the petitioner [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- These petitions has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.5095 & 5221 of 2022 dated 09.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioners are complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m.
3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.5095 & 5221 of 2022 dated 09.03.2022 are relaxed and the petitions are ordered accordingly. The petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Sunday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders instead of daily at 10.30 a.m. -sd/- 29/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
