The learned counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission that the writ petitioner has challenged the charge memo dated 02.05.2012 in this writ petition. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent had proceeded with the enquiry proceedings and concluded the same and pass final orders in the Disciplinary proceedings on 16.06.2016. Thus, the ground raised in this writ petition become infructuous. In this view of the matter no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. 2.Accordingly the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
