ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought the notice of this Court that the 2nd respondent Insurance company had 1/3

filed an appeal in CMA No.3519 of 2021, questioning the quantum of compensation fixed by the Tribunal and this Court by an order dated 03.06.2024, disposed of the appeal by reducing the compensation from Rs. 4,11,558/- to Rs.3,15,658/-. A copy of the order was also placed before this Court.

In the light of the above discussion, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. Consequently, the connected CMA SR is dismissed.
