M.P.No.2 of 2015 in C.R.P.No.927 of 2015 M.DURAISWAMY,J., By order dated 07.04.2015, this court while dismissing the Civil Revision Petitions in CRP (PD) Nos.926 & 927 of 2015 directed the respondent-husband shall sign the pleadings before the Trial Court in the presence of the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri on 13.04.2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in this Miscellaneous Petition submitted that the respondent in the Civil Revision Petitions has received the copy of the order only on 17.4.2015 and therefore, he has filed the above Miscellaneous Petition to extend the time. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner-husband has gone to UK and will be back on 25.07.2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-wife has no objection for extending the time.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I extend the time till 31.07.2015 for signing the pleadings before M.DURAISWAMY,J.,

Rj the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri. In all other aspects, the order of the court dated 07.04.2014 remain unaltered. With this observation, the Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. 23.06.2015 Rj M.P.No.2 of 2015 in C.R.P.No.927 of 2015
