Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenue/petitioner's daughter, namely, Poonguzhali, aged about 17 years from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent and handover to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ of Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenue/petitioner's daughter, namely, Poonguzhali, aged about 17 years, from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the minor girl was identified and on account of love affair, she had eloped with the third respondent. Since the detenue is minor, at present she has been lodged in Government Home.

3. That being the factum, no further consideration is required and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
