This Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2016. For the past five years, the matter is pending without any progress. It is also seen from the records that the matter is listed from time to time, nearly for seven occasions and for two occasions, i.e. on 05.07.2021 and 16.08.2021, there were no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption ''For Dismissal''.

2. The order under challenge is against the dismissal of the condone delay Application, which was filed to condone the delay of 765 days in filing the Application to set aside the ex parte, order dated 06.03.2013. Today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the revision petitioner. This shows that the revision petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court is also "Sick and Tired" of granting adjournments again and again. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non 2/4

prosecution. No Costs. Consequently connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
