ORDER

The claimant before the Arbitral Tribunal has applied for an extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. Referring to the minutes of proceedings dated 23.09.2025, learned counsel submits that it was recorded therein that many issues were settled as between the parties. Therefore, it is submitted that the mandate be extended by a period of six months to enable parties to file a joint memo regarding settled issues and to conclude arguments regarding the remaining unsettled issues.

2. Ms.P.T.Ramadevi, learned standing counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. She has no objection to the extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

3. Considering the stage of the arbitral proceedings, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The application is allowed on these terms.
