Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent-Corporation.
2. The petitioner is working as a Junior Quality Inspector in the second respondent/Corporation. He was suspended from service by order dated 18.02.2022. Seeking revocation of suspension order, the petitioner has given a representation dated 26.03.2022. The second respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
