This petition is filed to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the above C.M.A against the judgement and decree dated 27.10.2022 in A.S.No.6 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Kallakurichi in remanding the first appeal to trial Court filed against the judgment and decree dated 18.01.2017 in O.S.No.384 of 2010 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.Mr.R.Jayaprakash, the learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents.

4.The Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel in the cause list when the matter is listed for admission, and number the above C.M.A.SR.No.47427 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
