Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority cum Subordinate Judge at Tirupur to dispose of the R.C.A.No.4 of 2014. For Petitioner : Mr. J.Ganesh

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the Rent Control Appellate Authority cum Subordinate Judge, Tirupur to dispose of the R.C.A.No.4 of 2014 within a stipulated time.

2.It is seen that the petitioner had filed R.C.O.P.No.15 of 2012 under Section 10(3) of the Rent Control Act and it was dismissed by the Rent Controller. Aggrieved by the order, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Appellate Authority.

3.Mr.J.Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

respondent/tenant has been squatting on the property without paying rents to the landlord. The delay in disposal of the appeal causes mental agony and hardship to the landlord. It is further submitted that the argument of the landlord was already over and the tenant has been taking adjournment without any justifiable reason.

4. Considering the facts and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Rent Control Appellate Authority cum Subordinate Judge at Tirupur shall dispose of the R.C.A. No.4 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30.04.2015.

5. With the above observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
