The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from their land in S.No.36/4, 36/2A and 36/2C, to an extent of 2.66 Acres and the land in S.No.36/1A, 36/4, 36/2A and 36/2C to an extent of 5.29 Acres situated at Kottagoundampatti Village, Omalar Taluk, Salem District, without following the due process of law.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioners possession will not be disturbed without following due process of law, if they are in possession of the property.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
