The above captioned Application has been filed to set aside the ex-parte order dated 18.04.2022 in C.S.No.220 of 2021.

2.Mr.G.R.M.Palaniappan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing the above captioned application.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, and also no objection on the side of the respondents, this application is ordered as prayed for.
