O R D E R

The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that he, being the plaintiff, has withdrawn the suit unconditionally. He has also produced the downloaded information regarding the status of the suit showing that the suit O.S.No.1177 of 2015 has been withdrawn unconditionally on 06.04.2016. In view of the same, the C.R.P itself has become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
