O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have got a decree on 24.03.2007 and they have filed the Execution Petition on 20.07.2009 in R.E.P. No.137 of 2009 for delivery of possession and the same is pending for the past one decade. On perusal of the adjudication also revealed that the execution petition has been pending. The learned counsel would further submit that an objection petition has been filed by a third party.

2. On considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Execution Court is directed to dispose of the Execution Petition filed in R.E.P. No.137 of 2009 and other execution applications if any is pending, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and to complete the execution proceedings within a period of two months thereafter. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
