CMP.No.9011 of 2019 in WA.No.685 of 2019 KKSJ & PDAJ This Petition is filed by the Association to implead them in the pending appeal filed by the Workers who were disengaged by the institution.

We do no see any reason to implead the association as a party to the Writ appeal. The association has no fundamental right to enforce before a court of law.
