This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Page No.1 of 4

Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in the order dated 12.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2971 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2971 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025 is relaxed.
