2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation was considered and a rejection order was passed on 23.03.2026. Hence nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the official respondents, this writ petition has become infructuous. However liberty is

granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
