ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner 'that the petitioner should appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 A.M for a period of one month from the date of her release or until further order whichever is earlier' in Crl.M.P.No.197 of 2025 in an order dated 10.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 10 days.

Considering the averments made in the petition and the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week, st and 2 nd Saturday of every month.
