The above Civil Revision Petition arises against the dismissal of the application in I.A.No.1548 of 2015 in I.A.No.1051 of 2015 in O.S.No.52 of 2014. where the petition filed to cancel the permission accorded to the power agent who appear in the proceedings in I.A.No.1051 of 2015, to direct the plaintiff who appeared in person was dismissed.

P.T.ASHA.J, dua It is now represented that the plaintiff has submitted herself to cross-examine and has filed proof affidavit in lieu of the chief examination.

Considering the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infrctuous. The suit is of the year 2014 and the learned Principal District Judge, Puducherry, is directed to dispose of the said suit expeditiously. No costs.
