By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2026 for the removal of the mobile phone tower located on his property comprising S.Nos. 623/1A, 623/1B, 623/1B1, 623/3A1, and 623/3B1 situated at Veerapandi Village, Tiruppur South Taluk, Tiruppur District, within a time frame fixed by this Court in view of Clause No.21 (c) of the Tamil Nadu Telecom Infrastructure Policy, 2022.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted 2/4

that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property and he made representation dated 28.01.2026 to the respondents seeking to remove the mobile phone tower located in the subject property, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2026 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders after providing opportunity to the necessary parties, as expeditiously as possible. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
