ORDER

Though the prayer in the writ petition is a wider one, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation dated 25.6.2015 made to the 2nd respondent is considered on merits and in accordance with law.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is now employed in the Government Medical College Hospital at Thiruvarur as staff nurse and she wants transfer to Government Rajaji Hospital at Madurai. She made representation dated 25.6.2015 as stated above.

In view of the narrow prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 25.6.2015 made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
