O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction directing the third respondent to register the complaint as directed by the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.4691 of 2019, dated 07.12.2019.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No. 4691 of 2019 and it was forwarded under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. to the third respondent to register FIR. Even after receipt of the complaint, the third respondent did not register the FIR till date.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to register the case as directed by the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No. 4691 of 2019 dated 07.12.2019 forthwith and proceed with the investigation.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
