ORDER
With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition is filed to direct the fourth respondent to dispose the petitioner's patta transfer application made online on 06.03.2023 vide application No.2023/0105/04/318137 and consequently issue patta in survey No.2152/2 measuring an extent acre 0.10 cent situated in Kalinjur Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District in favour of the petitioner within the time stipulate by this Court.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property has been settled in favour of the petitioner by his father by way of a settlement deed dated 14.08.2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he applied for issuance of patta through online, the fourth respondent has not taken any action for issuance of patta to the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 06.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner and for sub division of the property of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the order dated 17.04.2024 in W.P.No.10303 of 2020, in the prayer and para no.2, instead of "Survey No.215/2", it has been inadvertently typed as "Survey No.2152/2" and prays for necessary corrections.
3. Hence, in the prayer and para no.2 "Survey No.2152/2" to be read as "Survey No.215/2".
