ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a Page No.1 of 4

period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.30523 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30523 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 is relaxed.
