ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct respondents to remove the encroachment in the porambokku land to an extent of 0.11.420 Hectares situated in Survey No.103/2, Kumanoor Village, Sembadamuthur Post, pursuant to the representation dated 11.12.2014 given to the respondents and direct the respondents to commence the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 has been issued to the fourth respondent on 04.03.2015 and after receipt of the reply from the fourth respondent, necessary action will be taken by the third respondent/ Tahsildar, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, in accordance with law and on its own merits.

3. In view of that, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
