The Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the fair and decretal order dated 23.01.2015 made in I.A.Nos.16 & 17 of 2015 in O.S.No.659 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Erode.
2. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents submitted that pending Civil Revision Petitions, the suit in O.S.No.659 of 2011 has been decreed and nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petitions.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the first respondent in C.R.P.No.946 of 2015, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 19.01.2018 kj To II Additional District Munsif, Erode.
