The petitioner has filed the above Criminal Revision Petition questioning the correctness of the order dated 24.9.2008 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 2218 of 2008 in C.C. No.12913 of 2005 on the file of the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai by which the application filed by the petitioner for ink verification was dismissed by the Court below.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the main Calender Case itself has been disposed of by the Court below and, therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Petition.
