The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2014 regarding granting of patta.
2.Heard both sides.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that his request for granting patta made as early as on 15.07.2014, has not been considered by the respondents so far.
4.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
second respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. However, it is seen that the said representation is given only to the first respondent and not to the second respondent. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of as follows:
a) The first respondent shall forward the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2014 to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;
b) On receipt of such representation, the second respondent will pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the third and fourth respondents and other interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks thereafter. No costs.
