Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order dated 03.12.2014 made in O.S.SR.No.4053 of 2014 for returning the plaint on the file of the District Munsif Court, Dharmapuri and consequently, direct the learned District Munsif, Dharmapuri to take the plaint on his file and number it and decide the same on merits and allow the above revision.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court for amendment of the prayer in the suit. No costs. 3.Registry is directed to return the original plaint to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
