ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 10.11.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28320 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.In view of the pendency of the contempt petition, writ petitions were directed to be tagged along with this petition. However, we find that taking note of the earlier order passed by the First Bench in W.P. No.28320 of 2017 dated 10.11.2017, against which, the present contempt petition has been filed, a subsequent order has been passed in W.P. Nos. 33779, 33780 and 33359 of 2017 by the Division Bench consisting of Justice M.Venugopal and Justice S.Vaidyanathan dated 28.02.2018.
3.In such view of the matter, nothing survives in this contempt petition, more so, when the subsequent order was passed after hearing the contempt petition and by taking note of the earlier orders passed in W.P No. 28320 of 2017
dated 10.11.2017.
4.Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. We are of the view that since a comprehensive order has already been passed by the Division Bench consisting of Justice M.Venugopal and Justice S.Vaidyanathan dated 28.02.2018, appropriate orders may be obtained in this regard to post the matter before the said Bench. We make it clear that all the issues are left open to be agitated by the parties in the pending writ petitions.
