(CRIME NO.90/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the Hon`ble Court made in Crl.OP.No. 2852 of 2022 dated 25.02.2022 (i.e) that the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders and pass such further or other order / orders as this Hon`ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circcumstances of the case and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R. SAGADEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 2852 of 2022 dated 25.02.2022.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.00 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 2852 of 2022 dated 25.02.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on the 1st & 15th of every English calender month until further orders instead of daily at 10.00 a.m. -sd/- 29/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
